Last July 2020, Legazy decided to launch the Comeback to Give Back Project in the middle of the pandemic. While we are fortunate to stay afloat in these times of crisis, we were aware that some are much more affected by this opponent that seemed impossible to defeat. That thought made it difficult for us to stay still and do nothing. We may not be fully equipped to fight this virus, but we are geared with our only weapon - compassion. And we know that can make a difference.
Our main goal was to raise funds to aid hundreds of Filipino families battling the uncertainties, unemployment, and the whole tragedy of the pandemic. And through your undying support and our partner, Project Pearls, we made it happen. With every product you purchased, we allocated 20% of the profits to fulfill this purpose, and we have successfully provided meals to the tables of more than 500 Filipino families.
For this, we are grateful. We couldn't have done this without the Bayanihan that is evident in our Filipino blood. We are all in this together, and no one will be left behind. With you, we will carry the line of the legacy by saving one Filipino at a time.
